Transport and delivery of goods


The customer has the right to choose the delivery method:

  • personal collection from the seller's warehouse
  • courier shipment by a forwarding company.


The cost of shipping the order depends on the size and weight of the item and is calculated and reported along with the final payment amount.


Order delivery takes 3-5 business days. This is the time required for posting money, preparing the package and its delivery. Couriers deliver consignments in hours. 8-17 (Monday to Friday).


In the event of non-compliance of the delivered shipment with the order placed, the Buyer should refuse to accept unsolicited products and immediately notify the Seller. Acceptance of the shipment by the Purchaser, confirmed by its signature on the consignment note, will be treated as confirmation of its compliance with the order.

Receipt of a parcel from a courier company must be confirmed by a written receipt. Upon receipt, the Buyer receives ownership of the goods and all risks related to ownership and use, in particular the risk of loss or damage.

When collecting the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check whether the package does not have any damage caused during transport. The condition for consideration of a possible complaint in this respect is the listing of the "Damage Protocol" in the presence of an employee of the forwarding company.

Complaints, guarantees and returns

At the time of receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to immediately check the goods. Any external damage should be immediately reported to employees present at delivery or courier and should contact the employee of the Seller. The basis of the complaint is a receipt of purchase and damage found with the persons delivering the parcel and writing down the "Damage Protocol".

In the absence of a manufacturer's warranty card, the basis for the complaint will be a VAT invoice issued by the Seller. Complaints based on a VAT invoice will be processed within 1 year from the invoice issue date.

A complaint should be sent by post or e-mail, stating the number of the purchase document, a detailed description of the defect or defect, as well as a paper or digital photograph (if the defect or photo defect is possible to photograph).

Complaints will be considered within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notification by the Seller. After a positive consideration of the complaint, the time of complaint processing (replacement or repair) is 7 working days for goods available on stock. The time of completing the complaint may be extended depending on the availability of the goods in the suppliers' warehouses, which the Buyer will be informed via the Internet or by telephone.
